General Terms and conditions
Ruby, Ocean, Volcano, Storm and Colors private zones.
These general terms and conditions set out the basic conditions on the basis of which the company Best Prague Tours s.r.o., with its registered office, Masarykovo nábřeží 247/14, Nové Město, 110 00 Prague 1, IČ 081 30 736, registered in the commercial register maintained by the Municipal Court in Prague, sp. C 313455 (hereinafter referred to as the ” SPA SPA “), will allow those interested to use the private spaces for relaxation, which are located at Milady Horakové 54, Prague 7 and Opletalova 39, Prague 1. The contract for the use of the private space for relaxation is concluded by the above-mentioned SPA SPA and the client who is interested in the use of the space (hereinafter referred to as the “Client”).
1) Conclusion of the contract
1) SPA SPA will provide the Client with a private space for relaxation based on an order (space reservation) made via the online order form on the SPA SPA.cz website.
2) Within the online order, the Client chooses a specific scope of use of the private space for relaxation according to SPA SPA’s current offer (hereinafter also “Service”) and chooses one of the available dates. Until the order is sent, the Client can edit the entered data. The client agrees to the use of remote means of communication during the execution of the order. The costs incurred by the Client when using remote means of communication in connection with sending the order and concluding the contract (costs of internet connection, or costs of telephone calls) are paid by the Client himself, while these costs do not differ from the basic rate that he pays to his telephone and data provider services. For making an online payment for selected Services, the Client does not pay any additional payments beyond the price of the Service.
3) The relevant contract for the use of a private space for relaxation is concluded at the moment when SPA SPA confirms the order made via the online order form, provided that the price of the selected scope of the Service has been paid. In this context, the Client acknowledges that the Service order placed by him on a specific date is binding.
4) If SPA SPA discovers that it is not possible to use the Service on the selected date for some justified reason on the part of SPA SPA, it will immediately inform the Client about this and offer him an alternative date. If the Client does not accept any of the alternative dates offered, the contract is considered terminated and SPA SPA will immediately return the paid price of the selected Service to the Client.
5) By placing the order, the client acknowledges that the conclusion of the contract requires prior payment of the selected range of Services, in which case payment of the entire price occurs before the start of the service.
6) The Client’s order is archived by SPA SPA in electronic form, for a period determined by SPA SPA, when this period runs from the time necessary to settle all obligations arising from the order. If requested by the Client, the content of the order will be provided to him.
7) The contractual relationship between SPA SPA and the Client is governed by the legal order of the Czech Republic, in particular by Act No. 89/2012 Coll., Civil Code, as amended (hereinafter referred to as the “Civil Code”). The contract between SPA SPA and the Client is concluded in the Czech language.
8) By agreeing to these conditions, tall clients confirms that they are older than 18 years old.
2) Payment methods/payment terms
1) The price of the selected Services will be paid when the Services are ordered, by online payment through the payment gateway, according to the instructions provided by the payment gateway.
2) After payment of the price of the selected Services, the Client will receive a confirmation of the payment and an electronic tax document to the e-mail address entered by him. By placing an order, the client expressly agrees to the issuance and sending of an electronic tax document.
3) Right to cancel the order/withdraw from the contract
The client acknowledges that after the binding selection and order of a specific term of the Service, in the sense of the provisions of § 1837 letter j) of the Civil Code, they are not entitled to withdraw from the concluded contract.
4) Terms of use of private space for relaxation and service complaints
1) SPA SPA leaves to the Client a space prepared for the range of Services chosen by him. In the event that the Client discovers any damage to the space, or any deficiency in the preparation of the space for the range of Services chosen by him, he undertakes to immediately contact SPA SPA on the telephone number: +420 702 045 177. The Client takes note that if he does not immediately report the obvious damage to the space or deficiencies in the preparation of the space for the scope of the Services determined by him, any subsequently discovered damage may be attributed to fault on the part of the Client.
2) The private space for relaxation is intended for private use by a limited group of people, for the purpose of relaxation and rest. The organization of any celebrations or social events is prohibited, unless expressly agreed otherwise with SPA SPA. The Client is responsible for ensuring that all persons present in the space will behave in such a way that no damage occurs to the property of SPA SPA or third parties and acknowledges that he bears full responsibility for any damage caused in this way. The client undertakes that there will be a maximum of 4 people in the zones with a private jacuzzi and a maximum of 6 people in the private sauna zone in the space during the use of the Service.
3) In the event of a violation of the terms of use of the private space by the Client or other persons present in the space with their consent, SPA SPA is entitled to terminate the use of the Services and expel the Client and other persons present from the space. The Client can make a complaint about the Service provided to SPA SPA by calling +420 702 045 177 or by e-mail at info@spaspa.cz.
4) A confirmation will be issued to the Client about the submitted complaint. If the client is a consumer, the complaint will be resolved with him immediately, in more complex cases within three working days, while the complaint about service defects must be resolved without undue delay, no later than 30 days from the date of its application.
5) In the event of a justified complaint, when the defect in the provided Service did not prevent the Client from using it, the Client will be provided with a reasonable discount. In the event of a justified complaint, when a defect in the provided Service has made it completely impossible for the Client to use it, the price paid for the Service will be returned to the Client. The Client does not have the right from defective performance if he himself caused the defect in the Service provided. If the order was made 1 hour or less before the start of the Service, SPA SPA reserves the right to change or move the time of the order (despite the option to complete the reservation in the order calendar).
5) Out-of-court settlement of consumer disputes
1) The client, who is a consumer, is entitled, in the event of a dispute with SPA SPA arising from a mutual consumer relationship, to turn to the subject of out-of-court resolution of consumer disputes, which is the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (www.coi.cz) for the services offered by SPA SPA. There is no charge for the subject proceedings before the subject of out-of-court resolution of consumer disputes (the parties bear only their own costs of the proceedings) and its purpose is to resolve the dispute between the consumer and SPA SPA without the need to spend financial resources on court proceedings. Proceedings before the subject of out-of-court resolution of consumer disputes are regulated in more detail by Act No. 634/1992 Coll., on consumer protection, in its provisions § 20d to § 20m. More detailed information can be obtained on the website of the Czech Trade Inspection. However, before starting the above procedure, we recommend that you resolve any dispute amicably directly with SPA SPA. To resolve any dispute between SPA SPA and the Client, it is possible to use the online dispute resolution platform located at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
6) Final provisions
1) SPA SPA is entitled to change these Terms and Conditions unilaterally at any time, and the change to these Terms and Conditions is effective on the day of its announcement, unless otherwise specified. For implemented orders (reservations), the decisive wording is valid on the day of implementation of such order.

These general terms and conditions set out the basic conditions on the basis of which the company SPA SPA Alfa s.r.o., with its registered office, Davidkova 2476/48, 180 00 Prague 8, IČ 180 14 054, registered in the commercial register maintained by the Municipal Court in Prague, sp. C 380173 (hereinafter referred to as the ” SPA SPA “), will allow those interested to use the private space for relaxation, which is located at Legerova 72, Prague 2. The contract for the use of the private space for relaxation is concluded by the above-mentioned SPA SPA and the client who is interested in the use of the space (hereinafter referred to as the “Client”).
1) Conclusion of the contract
1) SPA SPA will provide the Client with a private space for relaxation based on an order (space reservation) made via the online order form on the SPA SPA.cz website.
2) Within the online order, the Client chooses a specific scope of use of the private space for relaxation according to SPA SPA’s current offer (hereinafter also “Service”) and chooses one of the available dates. Until the order is sent, the Client can edit the entered data. The client agrees to the use of remote means of communication during the execution of the order.
