How can I book the wellness?
Booking of your dream time can be made mainly on the website. You can find the current capacity of all our zones in the Reservation section. The minimum time to make a reservation is 2 hours.
What is included in the price of entry?
For every paid reservation of the wellness or the apartment, the price automatically includes entry for 2 people for the full two hours. For both guests, towels and sauna sheets (if the chosen zone includes a sauna) will be prepared, along with a bottle of prosecco waiting for you. A carafe of water is, of course, also included. For apartment stays, prosecco is not included in the price, but towels are always prepared in the room.
How to get to our SpaSpa?
Zones at Prague 1, 2, 5 and Prague 8 are equipped with contactless entry. After your payment, you will receive a unique four-digit numerical code in your email, which you enter at the entrance to the zone and confirm # or ✅.
The zones at Prague 7 and Prague 3 are serviced by our staff. We don’t have reception with opening hours, however our employees are always there at the time of pre-paid orders. After arriving at the entrance, please ring the SpaSpa bell and wait for the arrival of our colleague. They will guide you to the zone you have chosen.
Parking
Spa Spa centers do not have own parking spaces, however we would like to offer you the option of easy and secure parking in the city center with a 10% discount. Simply enter the code “SPASPA“ when booking at www.mrparkit.com. Enjoy worry-free parking during your stay
How we ensure the cleaning?
Before and after each reservation, an extra hour is automatically blocked in the system for cleaning and disinfecting the premises and the hot tub. Thanks to this time gap, our guests also do not meet each other and we are thus able to ensure maximum privacy.
I want to order a hookah, how does it work?
The hookah is always ready and heated for your arrival in the selected zone. The luxurious Quasar Raas 2 heating system ensures the functionality of the hookah for up to 2 hours, without changing the carbons. Your privacy is therefore no longer violated upon arrival.
We kindly ask you to order your hookah in advance. For orders placed less than one hour before your arrival, the hookah may only be prepared and served during your reservation. Please note that for late evening reservations, we may not be able to prepare shisha at all.
I want to order a massage, how does it work?
When choosing a date, add the option of Thai massage in the additional items. We cooperate with a successful Thai massage studio in Prague. They provide masseuses for every pre-paid order.
Please order massages well in advance. For orders with an arrival time of less than 3 hours, the massage may not be provided due to the above.
Can I cancel my booking?
According to our terms and conditions, payments for confirmed reservations are non-refundable. Nevertheless, we always go the extra mile for our guests. If you cancel your reservation at least 24 hours in advance, we will be delighted to issue a voucher in the full value of your payment. The voucher code remains valid for 2 months from the date of the original reservation and can be easily applied when creating a new booking.
For any change or cancellation, simply send us your order number by email, or submit your request through the chat on our website together with your email address. We will get back to you promptly once your voucher has been issued
Did you purchase a voucher from us?
A voucher purchased on our website is valid for 1 year from the date of purchase. Once paid, you will receive a PDF version with the valid code via email. You can redeem the code on our website in the second step of the booking process by clicking on “Enter code.”
The voucher must be used in a single transaction and acts as a discount on the booking. If the reservation amount is higher than the value of the voucher, you will be redirected to pay the remaining balance. If the reservation costs less than the voucher value, the entire reservation will be covered, but the remaining balance of the voucher cannot be used later.
If you need to extend the voucher’s validity, feel free to contact us. We can extend it for 6 months for a fee of 500 CZK.
